We enjoy working with athletes of all abilities, supporting them with training prescription, annual race planning, goal setting, mental preparation, nutritional advice and guidance on strength and conditioning. We work with a limited number of athletes to ensure that you get the attention you deserve, please get in touch if you would like to work with one of our coaches and we'll set up an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and talk about how we can support you.
The table below gives you an outline of our basic fee structure, but if you want a bespoke arrangement with more contact time, inclusion of periodic performance testing we can put together a monthly package tailored to your needs. Our monthly coaching clients get preferential booking on ad hoc coached sessions and performance testing you can find out more here.
Please note we enjoy working with real people, so the basic monthly fee is just for information, our passion is coaching and we want to work with our athletes in person, not just via the information highway!
