Training Logs, Calculators and Cool Tools
As a visitor to the Interactive Coaching website you will have access to a number of useful tools that will help you manage your training and learn about training effectively.

There are a number of different calculators, a swim drill video player and links through to 3rd party sites for bike maintenance and bike fitting advice. 

As a Coaching Client you will have access to your TrainingPeaks interactive coaching logbook. This will be the means by which I prescribe your training plan, and then you in turn record the training that you do with the flexibility to record some written notes reflecting on the training activity (or race).

You can also upload your training files from your sports watch (assuming you can download them to your computer), TrainingPeaks will recognise the file type of most devices automatically and all the data will be recorded in your training diary so that we can analyse and learn from them.
