In 2009 Cassonz Performance Coaching helped triathletes achieve their goals;
  • 8 Ironman finishers, of which 3 were first timers
  • 12 triathletes achieved multiple Personal Best performances
  • 3 first time triathlon finishes
  • 2 non-swimmers to master frontcrawl
  • 8 age groupers to qualify for the Great Britain team for World and European Championships, of which 1 achieved a bronze medal world championship performance
