Triathlon Coaching Services

I can provide the following triathlon coaching services on request and by prior arrangement;

  • Bike position, fit and adjustment for optimised power delivery and comfort using the CompuTrainer Pro ergometer.
  •  
  • Metabolic assessment during a bike ramp test, to determine Heart Rate-based training zones and/or Power based training zones. This assessment is performed using the New Leaf metabolic analyser and software.
  •  
  • Accompanied bike sessions on open roads, either one-to-one or for groups.
  •  
  • Coached turbo trainer bike sessions, either one-to-one or for groups. Individuals can benefit from sophisticated analysis of their cycling technique whilst riding their own bike on the CompuTrainer Pro ergometer.
  •  
  • Bicycle maintenance or upgrade training - I can do the work for you - alternatively I can teach you how to do it for yourself!
  • Sub maximal aerobic run fitness testing.
  •  
  • Metabolic assessment during a run ramp test, to determine Heart Rate-based training zones. This assessment is performed using the New Leaf metabolic analyser and software.
  • Coached track-based run sessions, either one-to-one or for groups.
  • Swim stroke analysis, with video capture and detailed coaching notes if requested.

  • Coached pool-based swim sessions, either one-to-one or for groups.

  • Coached open water-based swim sessions, either one-to-one or for groups.
  • Ongoing coaching to support and monitor progression in technique and performance; over 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months.

  • Training plans tailored to your individual performance and race goals; for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months.
As an Interactive Performance Coaching client you will have access to additional resources on this website including use of an interactive online training log powered by TrainingPeaks .
